Better Dads Better Kids

I would highly recommend that you read the book the Purpose Driven Life.     Here are the first lines of each of the 40 Chapters.   I carry it around in my wallet as a reminder that my goal is to live a God pleasing life of purpose. 

It's not about you.

You are not an accident.

This life is not all there is.

There is always a way out.

There are no shortcuts to maturity.

You were put on Earth to make a contribution.

You were shaped to serve God.

Only you can be you.

God deserves your best.

We serve God by serving others.

Service starts in your mind. 

God loves to use weak people. 

You were made for a mission. 

God has given you a life message to share. 

The great commission is your commission. 

Blessed are the balanced, they shall outlast everyone. 

Living on purpose is the only way to really live.
